To immediately dot the "Y" and stop Yaroslavna's crying over the squadrons of "golden loaves" flying past the ticket office, the statistics of Transparency International, the belief in which is absolute and infallible:

The USA is in 18th place with a corruption perception index of 74, and "unwashed Russia" is already at 131st with 29 points. I don't even want to say with whom she shares this shameful place, everything is so bad with corruption. But in the United States, everything is just fine. This is confirmed by the world's most authoritative polling institute:

CNN correspondent Drew Griffith revealed that 78 senators have officially registered lobbyists in their family:

“There are a hundred such lobbyists, and their lobbying contracts total $ 2 billion, according to the Congress-tracking organization Legistorm. Russians are well acquainted with simple bribes - envelopes with money, etc. We in the USA specialize in “soft bribes” - you take care of the legislator's relatives, and the legislator takes care of you."

Now do you understand how bad everything is with us? Even the Yankees write about it. And here are concrete examples of what all underdeveloped regional gas stations should strive for.

To the American gas station. Built even in Afghanistan. The head of the Inspectorate General of the US Afghanistan Reconstruction Authority reported that 43 million was spent between 2011 and 2014 to build and maintain the gas station, according to official financial documents. Initial turnkey price -500 thousand!

But this is a small gesheft of some captain. Colonels make other money. The famous USAID in the same Afghanistan has mastered billions. In 2006, financing was started in the amount of 1.4 billion US money for a period of 5 years. In 2010, the special commissioner stated that most of the money had been stolen, and some had been invested in projects that Afghanistan could not exploit.

But there is also the generals in the Pentagon, who also want to eat black caviar with spoons and, due to their age, also feed their grandchildren. Well, the senators have already been mentioned above. For them, too, there are projects that are not measured by the pitiful billions of lobbyists.

Here, too, everything is simple. In the spring of this year, Amnesty International released data that the US military had somehow lost more than a billion dollars in weapons in Iraq. With this money, you can build an aircraft carrier!

However, I am to blame, the mistake came out. It's no longer possible. A dozen built nuclear-powered aircraft carriers of the "Nimitz" class at the expense of wholesale cost only 4, 5 - 6, 2 billion apiece. True, it does not take into account the cost of repairs, accidents and other indecencies, because of which dollars literally flow down the toilet. All 423 toilets. That is how many of them have the latest in the series of aircraft carrier named after Bush. History is silent about how much it cost to re-equip a battalion of latrines into vacuum toilets, but the money was irretrievably washed away - regularly all 5680 crew members and air wings run to the leeward deck.

But even though this is a foul-smelling story, it is still a story. Much more interesting is the next series of aircraft carriers, Gerald R. Ford, laid down in the now distant 2005 (the first piece of the future hull has been cut off) as modernized "Nimitz". The Fords were supposed to be cheaper to operate due to more automation and a smaller crew. But this mythical economy has so far backfired.

This year (12 years later!) Was introduced into the fleet, but to the already spent 12.8 billion dollars, another 4.7 billion should be added. R&D costs and a couple of billions to bring the new Ford to mind - not everything on a supermodern ship works as it should, and something does not work in principle. Again, it is necessary to solve something with space toilets so that the crew does not fly into a vacuum. It is believed that Ford will start operating fully only from 2020. This is a success! 12 to 15 years of work and almost $ 20 billion !!

Compare with the price of "Bush" at 6.2 billion. Even without R&D and future expenses, a new Ford is more than double the price!

And now the Pentagon is "scratching their turnips" and thinking about how not to be limited to one aircraft carrier in the series. Not because of a great desire to fight corruption, they just really understand that "Bolivar cannot bear two." Not to mention ten necessary ones. And the project is necessary in every sense.

According to research by the Watson Institute for International Studies, Brown University, by 2013 the United States spent more than $ 4 trillion on the war in Iraq and Afghanistan alone. Soon, the costs of the ongoing wars and related costs will be calculated - payments on old obligations, costs for disabled people and others, spending of the new defense budget, which Donald Trump is about to sign.

And the state of corruption in Russia unwittingly evokes pity. Lagging behind the United States in this hopeless race, instead of a handsome aircraft carrier, it is forced to adopt a cheap and primitive hypersonic missile "Zircon", capable of sinking 20 billion dollars of American taxpayers in a few seconds. And 5 thousand taxpayers themselves.

This is the reason for the extremely negative attitude of the advanced powers in relation to corruption towards Russia, which is underdeveloped in this sense.
