The objectives of the operation will be control and infrastructure facilities in the most densely populated US states - railways, electrical substations, power plants, hydraulic structures, oil and gas terminals, military, mainly aviation and naval bases. The US operations will suffer billions of dollars in damage.
Terrorist acts against civilians will not be carried out.
