1. Shipyard at the Pella plant (St. Petersburg). Opened on 18.10.14. The volume of investments in the implementation of the project amounted to more than 3 billion rubles. The new complex will create 1,500 new jobs in the region.
2. On the stocks of the new shipyard, ships will be built for defense purposes. In the interests of the Russian Navy, they will build ships of the technical fleet and marine equipment of ice and Arctic classes with a maximum launching draft of 6 meters, a displacement of up to 3 thousand tons and a length of up to 110 meters.
3. Pella Sietas Shipyard (Hamburg, Germany). Acquired by the Pella shipyard in St. Petersburg on March 10, 2014. The shipyard builds container ships, ferries, dredging vessels, bulk carriers, tankers, vessels for the transportation and installation of wind turbines. Sietas Group has been in bankruptcy proceedings since 2011.
4. Pella plans to invest 15 million euros in the enterprise by the end of 2016. By this time, the company also intends to increase the staff of the plant to 400 people, and it plans to manage the plant for at least eight years, Sietas reports. Sietas possesses good intellectual property and technologies, which will allow Pella to expand its product line, says Mr. Weissman. According to him, Sietas will function as a structural subdivision of the plant.
5. Arctech Helsinki Shipyard (Helsinki, Finland). Founded 01.04.11. It is a joint venture between STX Finland (50%) and the Russian United Shipbuilding Corporation (50%). The plant is intended for the construction of icebreakers and other ice-class vessels for operation in the Arctic regions. In general, ours make hulls, and the Finns rivet and saturate. Plus 40% of the workers there are ours.
6. On December 19, 2012, the plant signed an order with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for the construction of an icebreaker worth over $ 100 million. Its firstborn was the icebreaker "Baltika" with a displacement of 10,000 tons.
7. Nordic Yards Wismar (Wismar, Germany). Since 2009, it has been owned by the Russian citizen Vitaly Yusufov. The plant is engaged in the construction of tankers and rescue vessels for the northern seas.
8. On September 22, 2014, the shipyard launched two multifunctional rescue icebreakers with a capacity of 7 MW of the MPSV06 project, which are being built by order of the FBU Morspasluzhba Rosmorechflot.
9. Shipbuilding complex "Zvezda" (Primorsky Territory). The final implementation of the project is planned by 2018.
10. Will produce tankers with a displacement of up to 350,000 tons, gas carriers up to 250,000 cubic meters, ice-class vessels, special vessels with a launch weight of up to 29,000 tons.
11. Shipyard "Zaliv" (Kerch, Crimea). Came under the protectorate of Russia in the spring of 2014. It has a dry dock with a length of 364 meters and a width of 60 meters. The plant has two technological lines for the construction of military frigates, bulk carriers and bulk carriers.
12. 05.09.14 the plant began construction of two new motor ships of the SPM-150 project "Simferopol" and "Kerch", which will be used to deliver passengers to the peninsula. In the future, the laying of two ships and joint projects with the Zelenodolsk Shipyard from Tatarstan.
13. Shipyard "More" (Crimea). Came under the protectorate of Russia in the spring of 2014. 11/05/14 re-registered as a Russian state unitary enterprise. The plant is engaged in the construction of hydrofoils and hovercraft. Now, in cooperation with Zaliv, he is building motor ships. According to Mr. Aksenov, the amount of orders for the two plants is 392 million rubles. At the stage of conclusion - contracts worth 1 billion 90 million rubles. Hovercraft will be built again.
