On July 20-21, 2015, in the Nikolaev region, at the Shirokiy Lan training ground, tactical exercises were held with the participation of the 1st Marine Brigade named after Konstantin Olshansky and the forces attached to it.
The creation of this brigade united the remnants of the 1st Feodosia separate battalion of the marines, the 501st separate battalion of the marines, and 36 separate coastal defense brigades from Perevalnoye, which was disbanded in 2014. 1. Landing ship. This is Kirovograd. It was created back in 1970 by the Poles, captured by ours in Crimea last year, but given back to Ukraine as unnecessary. Moreover, he was dragging his civil tug to Odessa, because the greedy Russians did not give the military tugs.

3. Inflatable landing boats. Four pieces.
4. Su-25. As many as two, or maybe all two.
5. Helicopter of the "head forces" Mi. One. The second one, Ka, which, like a scout, does not actually appear in the list of weapons, so they could have pasted it from somewhere.
6. Stealth - "litak", from which the landing was dropped as much as 4 people.
What did I do with the whole list? Did you see the brigade here? Or maybe they beat you up? Me not.
Four inflatable boats landed 40 people at most. Maybe the same number was in the dull coffin "Kirovograd". Well, a certain number on the shore portrayed "terrorist". Where is the brigade?
Okay, that's not all. Here, in fact, is the ceremonial formation after the teachings. A brigade is like from 1, 5 to 4 thousand people. Has anyone seen at least one? The camera did not capture the formation of the marines so "without flicker", so God forbid, not to show their real number.
It is clear that if 137 people from the 1st battalion of marines decided to serve Ukraine, and as many as 59 out of 501, then it is understandable in principle. Well, they added some more from the coastal defense. But this does not appeal to the brigade.
Well, it's easy to walk through the weapons. If you believe the data of the General Staff, then this brigade has heaps of weapons.

Multiple launch rocket system 122 mm BM-21 "Grad" in the amount of 18 pcs.
Mortar 120 mm 2S12 "Sani" in the amount of 24 pcs.

In his speech, Poroshenko said that modern technology, equipped according to NATO standards, will make the marines and the naval forces of Ukraine mobile, effective and invincible. Again, apparently, the morning was hard. Where is what he was talking about?

So it turns out that this is a win, but taking into account where the newly created Marines of Ukraine went to win, I would not rush to conclusions. Well, and the coastal defense forces created "from scratch" are nothing more than just another zilch performed by Pyotr Alekseevich. Because this "zero", as we can see, was already in the 70s of the last century.
