Review of the activities of Russian shipbuilding enterprises in 2012

In light of the massive publication of reports for 2012 by enterprises of the shipbuilding and ship repair industries in Russia, I made an overview with the most interesting, in my opinion, data from these documents.

Srednevsky shipyard

Mine defense ships (PMO)

1) projects 12700, 12701, 12702

- R&D work on project 12700 is planned for completion in 2013;

- in the short term, serial construction of PMO ships is planned on the basis of project 12700 with annual commissioning;

- in 2012, a new look of the PMO ship (project 12702?) was formed and presented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation;

- start of construction of PMO ships of project 12702 - planned from 2013;

- in 2013, active work will be carried out to issue export passports and advertising passports for PMO ships of project 12701 (export version of project 12700).

2) project 10750E

- in 2012, together with TsMKB Almaz, a new look of the minesweeper of project 10750E was developed and presented to a foreign customer;

- in September 2012 SNSZ was identified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as a participant in the contract for the construction of a series of three ships;

- in 2012, a commission agreement was prepared and sent to the ROE for the construction of a minesweeper of project 10750E;

- in 2013, it is planned to work on the registration of export passports and advertising passports for ships of project 10750E.

Corvettes for the protection of the water area (OVR)

- in 2013 it is planned to participate in tenders for the construction of OVR corvettes, - in the long term, serial construction of OVR corvettes is planned.

Hydrographic vessels - project 19910

- in 2012, commercial proposals for the supply of HS pr. 19910 were prepared and sent to a foreign customer;

- in August 2012 SNSZ was identified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as a participant in the execution of the contract for the construction of the vessel pr. 19910;

Work and passenger ships

1) construction of tugboats pr. 81 - the contract for the construction of six vessels was signed with LLC "P. TransKo" in December 2012;

2) ROC "Anticipation" - construction of a passenger catamaran for 150 passengers - a contract with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation was signed in April 2012.

Khabarovsk shipyard

In 2012, the Company carried out construction under previously concluded contracts:

tugboat project 22030 (serial number 220), according to the State contract for the supply

No. 253/05/2 / K / 0007-06, concluded with the RF Ministry of Defense;

azimuth ice-class tug with a capacity of 3500 h.p. project 2310 (serial No. 001) dated June 18, 2010 No. 130, customer - JSC “DTSSS”;

azimuth ice-class tug with a capacity of 3500 h.p. project 2310 (serial No. 002) dated 18.06.2010, No. 129, customer - JSC “DTSSS”;

amphibious hovercraft SVP-50 dated 12.04.2011. 2011 / KP-28 / 03-02, customer - Goznak-Leasing CJSC / Khabarovskvodtrans KGUP (lessee);

amphibious hovercraft SVP-30 dated 12.04.2011. 2011 / KP-28 / 03-03, customer - Goznak-Leasing CJSC / Khabarovskvodtrans KGUP (lessee);

high-speed passenger vessel of project A45-2 dated 12.04.2011. 2011 / KP-28 / 03-01, customer - Goznak-Leasing CJSC;

floating metal berth of PM-61M pr. for state needs in accordance with the State Contract No. 13 / 437-11 dated 28.03.2011, concluded with the FSB of the Russian Federation.

Among the prospects for the development of KhSZ, the following are mentioned:

continuation of the construction of tugboats pr. 22030,

mastering the construction of new types for the Russian law enforcement agencies - the patrol boat pr.21850 (Chibis);

mastering the construction of new types of ships for export - patrol ship of project 1124M2, patrol ship "Svetlyak" pr. 10412, small

missile ship "Tornado" pr. 21632, patrol ship pr. 22460.

completion of ships head. No. 701, 702 with changes to project 12416 for project 12418.

Amur shipyard

In 2012, the enterprise carried out:

construction of ships of the Corvette class in accordance with government contracts dated 26.01.2006 (head 2101) and from 05.09.2011 (head 2102),

medium repair of DPL in accordance with the state contract dated 03.12.2003,

construction of supply vessels of project 22420 in the amount of two units in accordance with the contract dated 20.03.2012 with LLC Gazflot;

construction of a multifunctional rescue vessel with a power plant of 7 MW by order of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport.

elaboration of contractual materials for the construction of structures of a floating pontoon berth of project 15163 on the basis of the received design and engineering documentation.

Far East plant "Zvezda"

In 2012, work was carried out on:

service maintenance of the nuclear submarine of project 949A head. No. 649 and 651 (respectively "Tver" and "Omsk"), project 667BDR head. No. 397 ("St. George the Victorious"), project 971 head. No. 515 and 517 (Magadan and Samara, respectively) within the framework of three-year service contracts R / 1/2/0135 / GK-11-DGOZ and R / 1/2/0136 / GK-11-DGOZ dated 2010-30-12;

repair according to the technical condition of the RPK SN pr. 667BDR head. No. 376 ("Ryazan") under the contract dated 26.08.2011 R / 1/2/0526 / GK-11-DGOZ (survey of the above-water part of the hull and internal hull structures was carried out; repair of the propulsion electric motors GED with equipment was carried out;

repairs, closings were carried out, acts of work performed on the GTZA of both sides were drawn up; the service life of nuclear submarine systems and equipment has been extended; preparation for unloading and loading of spent nuclear fuel was carried out). The total cost of work on this order at the end of 2012 exceeded 0.8 billion rubles. rubles, the work was advanced by 2, 28 billion rubles;

overhaul due to the technical condition of the nuclear submarine of project 971 zav.516 ("Kuzbass") under the contract dated 17.08.2009 No. 714/13/27 / KE / 0974-09 (as amended by the supplementary agreement dated 25.02.2011 R / 1/2/0157 / DZ-11-DGOZ) and according to the second contract R / 1/2/0722 / GK-12-DGOZ concluded on December 18, 2012 (for unaccounted additional work?), repair and installation of bottom-side fittings of PPU systems). Works within the scope of the contract must be completed by 31.07.2013. The total cost of works on this order at the end of 2012 exceeded 1.1 billion rubles. rub.

repairs on the technical condition of the nuclear submarine of project 949A zav.663 ("Tomsk") under the contract dated November 27, 2009 No. 714/13/27 / KE / 1339-09 and concluded on December 18, 2012 (for unaccounted for additional work?) the second contract R / 1/2/0722 / GK-12-DGOZ (in 2012, work was completed in full on the repair of cable routes, welding networks, electric heating devices, ship controls, DC and AC networks). Works within the scope of the contract must be completed by 31.07.2013). The total cost of work on this order at the end of 2012 exceeded 1.1 billion rubles. rub.;

work on the nuclear submarine of project 667BDR head. No. 395 ("Podolsk") under the contract dated 5.12.2009 No. 714/13/27 / KE / 0162-09, additional contracts dated 28.02.2011 No. R / 1/3/0164 / GK-11-DGOZ (for repair of the missile complex and its maintenance systems) and dated 2012-18-12 R / 1/2/0721 / GK-12-DGOZ (for some additional work?). The total cost of work on this order at the end of 2012 exceeded 1.4 billion rubles. rub.

a contract of 13.01.2012 was concluded for the construction of an atomic-technological non-self-propelled vessel for collecting LRW with a volume of 200 m3 of project 70140, developed by LLC IC Poseidon-Zvezda, the construction of the vessel will be carried out at JSC North-Eastern Repair Center, the cost of work is 298, 8 million rubles;

12.11.2012, an agreement was concluded for the provision of services for towing a corvette of the project 20380 head. No. 2101 (from the NPS to the completion of the building in Bolshoi Kamen?);

work under the contract dated 12.04.2002 No. 714/13/27 / KE / 0347-02 (subject -?). The total cost of work on this order at the end of 2012 exceeded 1.3 billion rubles. rub.

In addition to the above contracts, the report mentions the state contract “Works on repair and modernization of nuclear submarines of project 949A, head. No. 619 (Irkutsk) of the Pacific Fleet (commissioned in 2016) in the context of concluding an agreement on the pledge of property rights (funds received under the contract in the amount of 6 billion rubles), as well as the contract dated 12.24.2011 R / 1/2 / 0782 / GK-11-DGOZ, for which an advance of 127 million rubles was received in 2012.

Dalzavod ship repair center

The section of completed transactions mentions the State Contract for the performance of works on the maintenance and repair of ships and vessels of the Pacific Fleet R / 1/2/0136 / GK-11 dated December 30, 2010, concluded with the Zvezda Shipyard. 2013-2014 works on the destroyer Burny, project 956.

The enterprise is conducting technological preparation for the implementation of work on the complex repair and modernization of the submarine submarine of project 877 and its modifications in terms of the development of technical. documentation, technologies for repairing systems and mechanisms, training of specialists.

North East Repair Center

By order of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, work on the repair of the nuclear submarine pr. 971 zav.514 ("Bratsk") under state contract No. 704/27/6 / KRK / KE / 1279-10 in September 2012 was suspended due to the need to take an inventory of the actual costs … The contract has not been terminated. When the contract was signed, SVRC OJSC announced the price of RUB 3.9 billion, the term of work was 2013. The customer determined the price based on the limits of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation - 2, 295 billion rubles, with a deadline of June 2012. The funds received under the contract were 1,145 million rubles, the actual costs of the work performed at the nuclear submarine plant 514 are 991, 5 million rubles.

Shipbuilding firm "Almaz"

In 2012:

for the naval forces of the FSB border guard, two patrol boats pr. 12000 "Sobol" w / n 213 and 214 were built and commissioned;

A small artillery ship, pr. Buyan, z / n 703 was handed over to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation;

Construction in progress at the end of 2012 includes:

border boats of project 12200 "Sobol" for the needs of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, s / ns 215 and 216;

ship manager number 312, pr. 10410 "Firefly".

In 2013, the company plans to carry out the delivery of the following ships to customers:

head No. 051 for the needs of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation;

head №№ 215, 216 pr. "Sobol" for the needs of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

Leningrad shipyard "Pella"

In 2012:

completion of the construction of a pilot boat pr. R1760 for the needs of the Kaliningrad Department of the North-Western Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport”;

6 tugboats with an azimuthal principle of movement were commissioned to perform towing and tilting operations in the port, on roadsteads and in coastal areas (including 4 tugboats of project 90600 with a thrust force on the hook of 23-35 tons and 2 tugboats of project 16609 with a thrust force on hook 39-54 tons);

2 escort tugboats of the project PE-85 were handed over with a bollard pull of 60-65 tons.

In 2012, construction contracts were signed:

4 units multifunctional vessels of complex port service for the Russian Navy SKPO-1000,

service and crew boat pr. A-149 for the FSB of the Russian Federation,

escort tug of the project PE-65 for JSC "Zvezdochka".

On April 3, 2013, a state contract was signed for the supply of an experimental vessel for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with a delivery date until November 25, 2016.

Yaroslavl shipyard

Orders completed in 2012:

sea diving vessel, project 22630 - 1 unit.

river yacht pr. ST24M2 - 1 unit

patrol boat pr. 12260 - 1 unit

border patrol ship, project 10410 - 1 unit.

high-speed pilot boat, project 14172 - 1 unit.

Vympel shipyard

In 2012, 20 vessels were commissioned, of which:

Ministry of Defense of Russia - 1 unit (Large hydrographic boat, project 19920).

FSB of Russia - 13 units (Frontier patrol boats pr. 1496 M1 - 2 units, Frontier patrol boats pr. 12150 - 9 units, Frontier patrol boats pr. - 2 units)

Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - 4 units (Patrol boats pr. 12150M)

FCS of Russia - 2 units (Medium customs vessels pr. 12150M)

Plant prospects:

1. Work on the development of military-technical cooperation, including:

development of a new project of a combat boat of the Katran type with a displacement of 300 tons and its promotion on the foreign market;

modernization of the Project 12418 Molniya missile boat using the Stealth technology;

modernization of the project of the patrol boat "Mongoose".

2. Development of cooperation and an increase in the volume of construction of boats and ships for the state defense order:

construction of a series of border patrol boats of project 1496M1 and continuation of construction of a series of high-speed patrol boats of project 12150 for the FSB of the Russian Federation;

continuation of construction of a series of multipurpose search and rescue and firefighting and rescue boats of project 12150M and 1496MP for the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation;

construction of a series of hydrographic vessels of project 19920 for the Navy;

construction of a series of boats of project 12150 for the Russian Navy and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation;

construction of a series of high-speed patrol boats of project 12850 "Chibis" for the FSB of the Russian Federation;

Directly with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, TsMKB signed contracts for projects 20385, 21300 and 22710 "Quaker" (special dock). For the rest of the projects, contracts have been concluded with shipbuilding enterprises and lead designers. A special dock of project 22710 will be built, most likely, at OJSC “PO“Sevmash”, with which in the past year TsMKB entered into an agreement with for the development of working design documentation to support the construction.

In the section of agreements with related parties, two areas of work on the 22010 project are of interest:

Execution of work to ensure the basing of autonomous deep-sea vehicles of projects 16810 and 16811 (numbers are indicated in the report as 16180 and 16181) on the order of project 22010 (performed by a co-executor - SPMBM Malachite under the contract dated January 2012)

Refinement of CD on binding ed. "Funicular-C2" to the project 22010 (performed by the co-contractor - GCP @ Zynfhm @ under the contract of 2010)
