As you know, any society is doomed to conflicts, and the higher the imbalance between the sex ratio, the more obvious the conflicts. Many have heard about the ongoing squabbles in a purely female collective, and, of course, everyone knows about the problems of an exclusively male isolated collective, such as the army.
It has been written and rewritten about the oppression of young inexperienced fighters by seasoned "grandfathers". Who is terribly outraged by this problem, who is more loyal to it, believing that this only fosters a real male spirit. Nevertheless, no-no, hazing will break out in any of the army units. Therefore, they managed to get used to it a little and even developed a set of actions and rules in case of such an emergency. But what to do with another phenomenon in our army - the "Caucasian brotherhood", they still will not decide.
Peoples from the vastness of the Caucasus, always distinguished by a rather tough disposition, tough character and a special sense of family ties, instantly rally with each other. And then they act as a united front against all who oppress, in their opinion, the proud Caucasian people. And if few of the spirit, and even the grandfather, is able to ignore the direct order of the command, then the members of the "brotherhood of the Caucasus" the law is not written.
Not so long ago there was a case causing, to put it mildly, bewilderment. The commander of one of the military units was forced to turn to the management of the Muslim clergy in order to stop the presumptuous wards. It sounds at first glance, of course, wild. The army, in itself a structure is unstable and is held only by the steel brackets of discipline, and all the illogicals, often ridiculed, here have a real basis. It is scary to even think about what will happen if everyone considers himself entitled to undermine the age-old way of life, based on the correction of numerous mistakes and miscalculations. A crowd of marauding compatriots with machine guns at the ready, sadly, may not be the most negative consequence in this case. That is why such great importance in the army is attached to discipline and blind obedience to the orders of the high command, and each officer has the most important task to instill all this in recruits. But even experienced and highly competent commanders give in to the community of people of "Caucasian" nationality.
It is very difficult for visitors to Kiev to navigate in a big city and find suitable accommodation without intermediaries. Part of the reason is that the qualities that helped people survive in the harsh conditions of the North Caucasus are not very good for the ideal subordinate. Fervor, toughness and, most importantly, extraordinary solidarity, not characteristic of the Slavs. Every Dagestani or Kabardian who arrives at the unit increases the resistance of the “Caucasian brotherhood” exponentially, and it is rather difficult to put everything in its place. However, in our time, such a situation is aggravated by unreasonable curtsies in the direction of tolerance. The main difference between the Caucasian peoples is their faith, which becomes the main trump card when remaking the order "for themselves."
Many officers give up when it is enough for a soldier to mention the incompatibility of the order received and his religious norms. Agree, the situation is simply impossible for a successfully operating army. You can talk as much as you like about the importance of religion in the life of each of us, but you must admit that if religious affiliation becomes just a means of manipulation, it is impossible to talk about true faith.
However, even real religiosity cannot be an obstacle to defending one's homeland. The Jews, for example, stand guard all days of the week, despite the categorical ban on working on Saturdays. And all because in the army undoubted supremacy should be given to only one religion - the charter. And this is correct, because the army is its own organism, which has little to do with life in civilian life. We think the highest clergy of Muslims should nevertheless recognize this truth and convey it to their fellow believers. Otherwise, we will face bleak consequences in the form of a completely decomposed army and the absence of any high-quality protection of our borders.
