Unlike the state of emergency on the domestic Navy, each of which has at least some logical explanation (lack of preparation of l / s, a consequence of corruption schemes, a technical factor), incidents on American ships are more and more an example of absolute cretinism. Half of the cases are navigational accidents: having dozed off comfortably on the bridge, the Yankees crash into everything. And they do not worry about the consequences at all, continuing to run aground and ram supertankers.

The Guardian minesweeper is stuck on reefs in Tubbataha Nature Park in the Philippines (January 17, 2013).
