Leer-3. We can already say that it is not a novelty, but quite such a tried and tested fighter. And this is a fact: the baptism of fire took place in Syria, and both calculations and equipment coped with the tasks.
What can be said about the complex, we will say. And, accordingly, we will show. Fortunately, our beloved and dear team of the EW ZVO has already allowed this to be done.
The Leer-3 complex technically consists of one KAMAZ vehicle with the appropriate filling and two (three) Orlan-10 UAVs.

The main useful property of Orlan-10 is the ability to use removable payloads. Thanks to interchangeable "fillings", UAVs as part of the complex can perform the following actions:
- suppression of mobile communications;
- imitation of the operation of a base station of cellular communication in the ranges of GSM 900, 1800, 2000, 2500 and sending false messages;
- detection of subscriber points (mobile phones, tablets and other communication systems);
- conducting reconnaissance by determining the points of radiation of devices in GSM networks;
- plotting the location of subscriber points on a digital map;
- transmission of data on the location of subscriber points to artillery crews for a fire strike.
In addition, the Orlan-10 is capable of performing the role of a bomber. Only suppression modules are used instead of bombs. But also very weighty, by the way.
If we talk about the range, then everything is simple. "Orlan" can carry a set of equipment in the center section (power 10 W), and work on subscribers at a distance of up to 6 km. There are kits that are placed in the wings, each with a power of 2 watts. With them, the range of exposure is up to 3.5 km.
The frequency range is very wide. 900 to 2500 MHz. New items that appeared in 2017 allow Leer to firmly master 3G and 4G, which was not the case before.

By the way, "Leer-3" is the first complex in which heavy things such as a gas generator are removed using a winch.

The equipment of the complex also includes such a useful thing as a tent. It can be deployed to the side of the car and work, shall we say, not in the cramped quarters. Outdoors. But this is when neither air conditioner nor heater is needed.
On the whole, the Leer-3 is not only a modern combat and technical complex, but also a convenient one. Compared with "Krasukha-2o" - the height of comfort. But after all, it was calculated for at least 10 hours of work. So everything is justified.
The use of the complex is also very impressive. A blocked connection is only half the trouble. The Leer's capabilities lie far beyond conventional electronic warfare, but rather in the field of psychological warfare.
For example, what can suit several thousand subscribers who have received SMS from an analogue of our Ministry of Emergency Situations about a poisonous release at a nearby enterprise? Chlorine leaks from meat processing refrigerators, for example. You can make a rustle.
In general, since hardly anyone will doubt the capabilities of our electronic warfare systems, in conclusion it should be noted that the Orlan-10 gives the impression of a completely normal apparatus. Nothing worse in terms of capabilities than foreign counterparts.
