To do this, they use their own means of active-passive radar, automated reception and processing of data on the surface-air situation. Data is taken from the carriers of Mineral-ME products, special interface equipment and from other sources of data acquisition - NP, helicopters and ships. Data is collected via conventional communication lines. The complex is also used for processing and issuing target designation information to missile control systems of coastal missile systems. The complex is based on the MZKT-7930 chassis. The main developer is JSC Typhoon.

The complex is capable of detecting up to 50 objects along the horizon at a distance of up to 250 kilometers in passive mode and 450 km in active radar mode. In passive mode, 10 detected objects are tracked, in active mode - more than 30 objects. The main recipients of target designation are PBRK "Bastion" and PBKRO "Club-M". The complex was presented at the international naval show "IMDS-2011", held in St. Petersburg.
